1. Membership Agreement
By becoming a member of The Court, you agree to these Terms of Service. Memberships are month-to-month unless otherwise specified. You must be at least 18 years of age to hold a membership. Youth participants must have a parent or guardian as the account holder.
2. Court Reservations
Court bookings are made through our digital reservation system. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the reserved time. No-shows and late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session credit. Priority booking windows vary by membership tier.
3. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff, coaches, and fellow members at all times. Unsportsmanlike conduct, verbal abuse, or intimidation will not be tolerated and may result in membership suspension or termination. Proper tennis attire and non-marking court shoes are required on all playing surfaces.
4. Payment Terms
Monthly membership fees are charged on the first of each month to the payment method on file. Failed payments will be retried within 5 business days. Accounts with unpaid balances exceeding 30 days may be suspended. Annual prepaid memberships receive a 10% discount.
5. Liability Waiver
Members participate in tennis activities at their own risk. The Court is not responsible for personal injuries sustained during play, practice, or use of facilities. Members are encouraged to carry personal health insurance. The Court maintains liability insurance for premises-related incidents.
6. Guest Policy
Guest access is included with Competitive and Elite memberships. All guests must sign a liability waiver and register at the front desk. Guest passes are non-transferable. Excessive guest usage may be reviewed and limited at management discretion.
7. Facility Rules
Court time slots are 60 or 90 minutes. Players must vacate the court promptly at the end of their reserved time. Food is not permitted on courts. Water in sealed containers is allowed. The pro shop, fitness center, and lounge areas have separate operating hours posted on-site.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate membership with 30 days written notice. The Court reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of these terms, non-payment, or conduct detrimental to the club community. Prorated refunds are available for annual prepaid memberships.
9. Modifications
The Court reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice to members. Continued use of facilities after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
